| I have a client that has ventured into production of a dairy product. They have blown way past their targeted ceiling of invested capital and believe they are making the turn (so to speak). I believe their Gross Profit or Gross Margin % is way to low and am looking for emperical or other data to help support the theory.
If you have a client that produces ice cream, yogourt, smoothies, etc. and can give me an idea of a reasonable GP % (Revenues less Cost of Goods Sold) - we would be grateful. | |

| Is this a manufacturer, retailer or combination thereof? Have you tried the Dairy Association? Sometimes industry-specific groups can provide GP information. | |
