I have an AR s-corp that has one of the shareholders that is a MO resident. Are there any MO preparers out there that could tell me if I have to somehow report that to MO. I looked at the MO instructions for a s-corp and it states that a return has to be prepared if a s-corp has any MO residents. I am just a little confused about going about. Thanks.
