Rec'd a 1099 misc (line 7) for 18 yr old daughter in amt of 1500. for summer secretarial work. She also got a 1098-T showing her tuition paid amount and scholarship total. I know she will have to file a 1040 w/ schedule c for her 1099 misc income and pay self-employ taxes, but can we use her 1098-T on our (parents) return so we get the college deductions. She still qualifies as a dependent on parents return We are paying her tuition bill, and the only reason she has to file her own 1040 is her meager summer pay. Thanks

Yes, the tuition credit or deduction is included on the return where she is claimed as a dependent, no matter who pays the tuition.
