Question: I Would like to 1031 rv/motorhome in California/USA for TIC interest or other investment opportunities in Mexico.

Can this be done through proper structuring of investment holding companies LLC, etc; or other similiar strategy.

Or a simpler method ?

Personal property cannot be exchanged for real property under 1031.
