Oops, I just filed a no activity 1120s and didn't include the SH info/K-1s. I suppose I can anticipate a follow up?

You can't have partners and file 1120S. Either you have shareholders and file 1120S or you have partners and file a 1065. Fill out a profile and people will stop being difficult with answers.
