| Alot of things; swimming, fishing.... Seriously though, depends on if it was a necessary part of his business. What is it for? Irrigation, livestock etc.

| What does taxpayer use the pond for? Perhaps the cost can be claimed as Sec. 175 soil and water conservation extenditures.
