| My client is a majority owner of multiple corps, only one of which is a C-corp (the rest are S-corps). The C-corp appears to qualify as a controlled group, but does schedule O still need to be filed, since all the other corps are excluded members?
Or is it even a controlled group at all, since it consists of only one entity? | |
