midday email: "Our returns haven't come, did you send them. They've never been this late."

Return email: "Fedex, here's the tracking number"

Two hours later email and fax with a corporate efile authorization. Written on the cover sheet is 'I only see the corporate returns; you didn't send our personal ones." This from Ms. Type A.

I know I sent them because I packed them....two blue folders in a Fed-ex pak.....but let her stew.

5:15 email: 'David, they are not here; you only sent one folder, what are we going to do. Will you send another copy."

Now I begin to consider: do they have a dog that ate it; maybe their adopted 5 year old is playing with it....but I can't believe it because I see me packing it.

8:15 fax: personal 8879s and PA and City authorizations all signed with a note, 'we found it., sorry.'

She must not have liked the bill; the husband is a good guy who'd never stoop so low.
