A privately owned car that is used for business purposes, cannot be fully expensed on the Corporate Return.

-The corporation should have an accountable plan to reimburse the employee/shareholder.
-The employee/shareholder can expense the costs less any reimbursed amount on the Schedule A as “Unreimbursed Business Expenses” subject to 2% limitation.
